Terms

By creating an account, connecting a tool, or calling IL Co from an AI client, you agree to these terms. If you use IL Co for an organisation, you confirm you may agree for it.

IL Co is a beta. Features change, some are incomplete, and the service may be unavailable at times. Current health is on the status page. Do not rely on IL Co as the only record of anything important: Slack, Linear and GitHub remain your systems of record.

Keep your password and any AI-client connections to yourself, and revoke a connection you no longer use. You are responsible for what is done through your account, including by AI clients you connect: they act as you, with your access.

Connect only Slack workspaces, Linear teams and GitHub repositories you are allowed to connect. IL Co reads from them with the permissions shown before you connect, and writes to them only what a handoff’s author approves.

A handoff draft is a draft. Its author is responsible for reviewing it before approving it, including checking that it does not share content with people who should not see it.

What you and your team put into IL Co, or bring in from connected tools, stays yours. You give IL Co permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as the privacy page describes.

Do not use IL Co to break the law or anyone’s rights, to access data you are not entitled to, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits, permissions or approval step. IL Co may suspend access that does.

During the beta IL Co is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. AI-assisted drafts can be wrong or incomplete; what the sources do not establish is marked unknown, and the author’s review is the safeguard.

You can stop at any time: revoke AI clients, disconnect tools, and delete your account in Settings. IL Co may end the beta or your access, and will tell you first where it can.
